So what projects why projects? And most of important how do they link to strategy? So basically, you've seen the, when I talk about organization ambidexterity, the the exploitation the running of the organization in the business today versus the changing at the same time. So these are two dimensions. And you see the neat of projects. So when you're implementing a strategy of a company or a vision, there's two elements.
There's the today activities which is often about achieving targets achieving some goals, sense financial. These are more day to day these are the short term, the long term objectives are achieved through projects. You can see in the list here, which is also some study made for identifying which are the key topics in the CEO or the senior executive minds, what are the key initiatives they would like to take? Invest on and you see on the top is new market entry, acquisitions, reorganization, integration of companies, new product development. If you look carefully at the list that I'm showing you here, all of them, converting to projects, to go into a new market, you need to have a project to buy a new companies also project to change your organization is a new project. So, this shows you that when you want to go long term, with your ideas with your business with your organization, you need projects to get you there.
