The second cause of procrastination is simply feeling stressed. Like you've got a lot going on, you've got distractions in your life, whatever it is, and you're just feeling a bit frazzled, which again is perfectly natural. If this is what's stopping you from writing, and encourage you to just take a deep breath, pay attention to something really good in your life. If you need to take a short break, then take it. Remember, you will feel better once you've done some writing. Because if you put this off versus going to add to all of that risk, if you get this done, then that's one more thing you can take off the list.
