Hello, in this video we are going to cover getting node values. So we have this XML file, or it could be a string with a file in this case there has been passed to actually access the value from each node from the fault really easy just to echo or you know, to actually, you know, access it with the Paul the arrow operator and then you specify the name so if I were to just say, or for let's say for the note sorry, not note, because we saw the impulses so the root node has already been passed as it would be, what were they what were they so we have two from heading and body so 42 a parent 92 from I think it was heading heading body. There you go, we are have been able to access each individual element. So what happens if, for example, we let's do, let's do some indentation.
So it's just a lot easier to see for the body. For example, imagine if we had another root node in here. Imagine we had it another note. I say hello, what would that look like? So it doesn't print it prints out the content that's directly in sight. So what I want you to do as an extra task is trying to figure out how to access next note, I'll give you a little clue.
That's something to do with the arrow operator. And that's it for this video. Any questions, feel free to shoot me a message and as usual, I look forward to seeing you in the next video.
