Hello, in this video we are going to cover pulse in an XML file during the neck. In the previous video we covered parsing an XML string. So when we have, you know, an XML file, basically but as in a string format already in a variable, if we want in the firewall, it's not that harder to pass, it really proves the same thing. We're going to actually, first of all, copy this and put it into a separate file. So I'm going to create a new file. And I'm going to call it example dot XML.
So the formatting dot example, dot XML and paste it in there do not need the quotation marks. Save that. And Okay, so what we are going to do now is instead of XML data, we don't need data anymore. For the past the only thing that we need to change instead of simple XML load file is simple. xml Now on the score, load, I mean, instead of simple on the score load string, a simple score, load and score the node in the file. And instead of that, you just specify the file path.
If it's in the same location, then it's just XML, ducks marks a different path, feel free to change that up. And if I reload, nothing changes. But just to confirm that is work instead of from turn on, say, Batman for reload, he has Batman right there. And we can afterwards just, you know, do the error checking and access value then printed out the exact same way. So that's the only difference really on how to pass an XML file compared to passing in a string. So that's it any questions, feel free to pop me a message.
And as usual, I look forward to seeing you in the next video.
