So to work on my title, I'm just going to use my number one brush, and I want to color that's not going to compete with our painting. So I'm just going to use a dark gray. So I'll put in some of our black and I'll take a little purple, just to add to it. Again, it'll help tie it in a little more pigment. And then I'll start my painting here. I'm going to turn my paper around, create a very sharp point, and just work on all my downward strokes here, when they're downward because I turn the page around and then I'll do the top as well.
Turn my paper again. And now I can pull the strokes towards me. titles are very time consuming. If you don't want to do a painting of a title, you can just use your marker and write out the title with your handwriting, which is also a very effective title. Once I have my outline here, I'll go in and fill in the strokes. So kick, take a very sharp point on my brush and just fill it in.
I'll start at the bottom and work my way up. Now over here, this L and this a overlap. So what I want to do is leave this tiny sliver of dry paper on the A side of this letter that isn't covered with pigment, just to show the difference so that letters don't run into each other, but they still give the impression that the a is behind that l And there we have our first title word, I'll do the tequila and I'll speed it up in the interest of saving time and then we'll come back So here we have our completed title. If you did over paint any areas you can always go in after the paint is dried with a white gel pen to try and get the paper image back
