It’s day 3 of your 15-day journey. Here’s a reminder of what you need to do today:
1. Meditate for 10 minutes a day (you can use the 10-minute meditation: Thinking Thinking).
2. Train your ability to notice by making an everyday task mindful. Just select a task like taking a shower or making your lunch and slow it down, use all your senses and approach it with curiosity so you can notice everything about it.
3. Train your ability to let your thoughts ‘be’ by adding a layer of observation to unhelpful thoughts. When you notice you're having an unhelpful thought repeat it in your head adding the words "I'm having the thought that..." at the start.
