1. Meditate for 10 minutes a day (you can use the audio version of the 10-minute meditation: Just a Note).
2. Train your ability to notice the emotions you’re experiencing using the ‘Name it’ technique.
3. Train your ability to cope with and accept the emotions you’re experiencing using the ‘RAIN’ exercise.
