It’s day 2 of your 15-day journey and we’re focusing on thoughts. Your daily commitment for these first 5 days is to:
1. Meditate for 10 minutes a day (you can use the audio version of the 10-minute meditation: Monkey Mind).
2. Train your ability to notice your thinking mind by making an everyday task mindful.
3. Train your ability to let your thoughts ‘be’ by adding a layer of observation to unhelpful thoughts.
