In the last 5 days of our journey together we’re going to focus on our bodies. We’ll be learning how our bodies can trigger anxious thoughts and feelings. We’ll also learn how we can intervene, preventing our bodies from causing anxiety. I recommend watching the videos in order on day 11 of your 15-day journey.
