Let's do a quick orientation summary. So where we are now is to make small changes that have a big impact. We're going to eat three meals a day, no snacking at all. We're going to add the correct supplements that are going to increase the efficiency of our insulin and make ourselves more sensitive to insulin. We're going to cut out all high glycemic index carbohydrates. We can eat foods that are very nutrient dense, with lots of fiber.

We're going to add intermittent fasting, either short, fast, which is a daily fast over the time that we sleep or a longer one, either weekly, or bi weekly. And we're going to add exercise to reduce the glycogen and the muscles To increase the muscles demand for few, and we're going to exercise in a fasting state, which is going to allow our body to use the glucagon to burn fat
