I know you want to jump right into the program but having a good foundation as to why you need to detox will lead to long term success. Changing your lifestyle habits can be very challenging. We live in a world surrounded by temptations that can derail even the best laid plans to improving health. understanding why changing your bad habits is important will be critical to your success. Therefore, learning the basics on how to break bad habits and replace them with healthier ones is key for you to know before moving forward in this program. So why do you need to detox or break bad habits?

The need to perform a detox of your system is important now more than ever before. We are all being exposed to millions of chemicals at a faster rate than at any other time in human history. Is it any wonder you are experiencing brain fog? fatigue, it's time to lift the fog. When you consider the shocking statistics. You have as many as 300 man made chemicals inside your body right now.

That's right 300 a new chemical or substances synthesized or isolated every 2.6 seconds every minute, every hour, 24 hours a day. It took a full 33 years for human beings to register 10 million chemicals. After that. It took only nine months to add another 10 million chemicals. This is just totally out of control. From 1930 to 2000.

Worldwide production of manmade chemicals exploded from just 1 million tons to more than 400 million tons each year. Can you imagine what this is doing to our children? When you are exposed to these products, feel good hormones are released. Your brain. This causes you to desire things which are unhealthy for you. Scientists say that the response is similar to being hooked on drugs like heroin, cocaine, and nicotine. If you must be your sweet to turn to the natural sweeteners found in organic fruits and vegetables instead, I know that doesn't sound exciting, but your body will think you and your mind will think you tobacco.

If you think turning to chewing tobacco or E cigarettes is a smart way to wean off tobacco think again. There is more nicotine in chewing tobacco than in a typical cigarette and It is the nicotine that is the addictive component of all tobacco products. Within just 10 seconds of entering your bloodstream nicotine reaches your brain and causes a flood of adrenaline. This creates a sensation of pleasure and an energy boost. Your crash comes quickly. You may even feel down or depressed.

So your brain tells you that the answer is another cigarette or similar dose of tobacco. You eventually have to smoke more and more cigarettes, or abuse more and more tobacco products. And this addiction leads to a number of debilitating and even deadly health conditions. Alcoholic beverages, all forms of alcoholic beverages, lower your inhibitions. Alcohol also slows down your response to stress. This is why many people enjoy a beer or a glass of wine or an adult beverage.

At the end of a long, stressful day, unfortunately the feel good chemicals released in your brain when you ingest alcohol can create that powerful addiction. You feel so good that when that feeling is gone, you want it to return so you drink more beer wine or alcohol and your rate of consumption increases. The poison that is in alcohol creates a number of social, emotional, mental and physical health problems when abused. Caffeine, caffeine of any kind stimulate your central nervous system. Like anything that causes a pleasurable response caffeine can become addictive, heartburn, acid reflux, restlessness, jitters and increased heartbeat anxiety and nervousness can accompany caffeine consumption in just 15 to 30 minutes after you take your first sip. A single high volume intake or prolonged use of caffeine can cause incoherent speech rambling thought processes, muscle twitches, heart palpitations, dehydration, insomnia, high blood pressure, headaches and hallucinations, suffering soft drinks and energy drinks.

These incredibly addictive beverages are intentionally made to hook you are you and your children drinking these beverages. They carry the double whammy of massive levels of sugar as well as an unhealthy dose of caffeine. They attack the pleasure center in your brain releasing addictive double dose of feel good chemicals.
