This class is appropriate for any skill level and focuses on a movement practice set that consists of 10 interconnected movements from the ancient Silk Reeling Qi Gong brocades. These movements were invented by Bodhi Dharma for the Shaolin Monks in China when he saw that due to too much sitting meditation they were getting sick. What a perfect analog to our modern-day situation with sitting at work and at home. These provide an amazing way to get up and get moving, as well as getting 'Qi' (life force energy) flowing throughout that body, which helps you prepare for the day.
