This next movement is about opening this side of the spine. Now the lateral side of the spine is where we keep a lot of the tension is very little movements that actually work on the side of the spine. So it'll, we will incorporate a side bend as we lift the arm up to even accentuate, opening the ribcage as well and feel the opening in the lumbar spine, sacrum and femur bone. So this movement is all going to start from the hip area. And it's a very, very nice flow to release tension and to strengthen the lower part of the body and coordination with the breath. Enjoy it.
