The third practice the dog wags the tail is really designed to open the kidney and the bladder meridians, the bladder meridian goes into the back of the legs. When you keep your legs straight or relatively straight throughout this practice, you're going to feel the stretch in the back of the legs. This is really, really great to open these channels, the channels of the kidneys respond for vitality, this practice is very good for lower back, especially when you turn when you turn to both sides. Make sure to do this with like movement, if you can keep the balance correct. And when you do this with like movement, it really opens up the lower back much better. Throughout the practice.

You're gonna exhale down and when you inhale up, you inhale into the kidney. So you thinking about the lower back and you inhale into it as you bring the hands up and as you inhale up, that's going to be very important to strengthen the lower back and to strengthen the kidney energy, the kidney energy responsible for willpower, ambition, success, and vitality.
