The next practice is going to be really, really powerful to open the heart and tonify the kidney. So the kidney and the heart are two polarities. One is the fire element, and the other one is the water element. In this movement, we really opening the heart to the universe and embracing all the energy in the universe. We bring it into our heart and hug it, and then release it back to the to the earth. And then we grab the energy from the earth, and so on so forth.
What's important in this movement, from the physical perspective is to relax the shoulders the opening the chest, lacks the shoulder down, and when you push the arms to the side is to try to extend the arms to the side as much as possible, as if you trying to touch the wall of this room, and the wall of the same room. The two walls The size of the room with your fingers. It's really about reaching out and relaxing the shoulder down. That will open the heart meridian.
