One of the best exercises that you can do, especially for prevention squats, but to do them properly, that's the most important part. Some of the things to focus on as you're doing your squats is to keep your back straight. You never want to arch your back or curl it forward as you're doing your squats. You don't want to work your back muscles when you're doing your squats. Keep the focus on your quadriceps, your thigh muscles and your glutes, keeping your chin up and your backstreet each time you go down to do a squat. Another important part of this exercise is having your knees remain over your toes.

You don't want to bend your knees forward so much They pass the line of your toes. The form that you see in the video is done properly with the knees, not passing the toes, the back remaining straight, the chin forward with each repetition. Do 10 to 12 reps and you should be feeling it in your thighs and your glutes.
