You've learned to control that speed on the tool side to say slipping down the hill, it's time to get that nice direction control in there as well as the speed control. So with this, it's just going to be a nice subtle shift of weight we're going to be doing and we're going to be relaxing the joints on one edge so that the edge releases in the snow and allows us to slate. So let's just think about starting off with nice equal weight on both feet. We can be flexed in the knee, Niklas that to age is gripped in the snow. And if I want to head over to the left, I'm just going to shift my weight onto that left leg. Relax the joints on that side.
So the heel lower slightly and releases that age in the snow. And I want to make sure my eyes are looking across the soul. My chest is staying in this nice good neutral posture. If I want to stop and slow down, I'm just going to shift my weight back center. Bend down through those knees and ankles feeling my shin and the tongue of the boot just like in sight slipping and to head over to right is the exact same thing, just a shift of weight onto that right leg. Relax the joints on that safe.
So the heel Louis that he releases the age and the snow, look to the side of the slope, maintain your nice neutral posture, stay calm and relax and talk to the board and to slow down or stop. Just move that to that center position.
