Before we snowboard, it's a great idea to get the body warmed up and get that proprioception on point. So we really know her limbs are out in space, because that's really going to help us on top of the board. The other great thing with warming up is it really starts to reduce your chance of getting an injury on the slopes. So we'll go ahead and start here and we'll work our way from the head down to the tools. So just to start off, you're going to take your right hand and then push it into your head and you're just going to push your head against your hand. So we're just starting to activate the neck here.
And then we're going to do the other side, pushing that head into the hand resisting with the hand, and then from the front, from the back. And then we can just go say to say, chin to chest, head to back, and here, just get your weight nice and equal on both feet feel that way equally distributed between the balls of your feet on the heels of your feet. I'm just going to start off with some nice arm swings here. to just get the upper body nice and loose get warmed up, we're going to make sure that one arms hitting the belly and the other arms hitting the bat here. And then we're just going to take into some single arm swings. We can go backwards to get their their left arm though.
And then that right arm together with them. Awesome, and then just rule there again with the arms. Feeling that nice rotation through the trunk and the arms nice and loose. We've done the upper body so they start to work our way down and get that balance on point. So here, imagine with your hands, you've got an imaginary string attached to your knees, and we're just going to softly pick up those legs too. really start to activate those balanced muscles.
So here, I'm imagining just pick you got that right leg as I shift on to the left, we're going to place that down, pick up the left leg, nice and soft and the lower body on the right leg, and then the left leg again. And then from here, we're just going to take a nice lunch to the site, get that growing nice and warmed up, come back to center, feel that equal weight on both feet. Come over to the other side. And then we'll hit that rate seat again, coming back to the left, but then from here, just to make the opener, so we're just gonna open up the hips here. Open up the growing rule, those legs are getting nice and warm building heat in the body there. And then from here, we're just going to take some nice easy ankle rules.
Since get that on your ball of your rule round one way, rule ran the other way. The ankle joint is essential. When we're snowboarding thing those lower joints is what's gonna get us that grip from the edge. And then we'll switch over and do the left leg, do the right leg. And here we're just gonna start with some lunges. So we're going to put the right leg back.
First of all, and with these lunges, just make sure you're stacking your joints, so knee stays on top of ankle getting nice and structurally strong layer. When we snowboard. We want to make sure our skeletons holding us up and in a strong position. know our muscles activates holding in these bad tense positions. And then from here, if you're feeling up to, we're just going to do some jumping split lunges to really build that heat. And then from here, you can take a big deep breath in, bring your hand start center, and sit down like you're in a chair here, making sure shoulders stay on top of hips, hips stay on top of fee, and you can even try bringing those arms over Head, really creating that strengthen warm from the body.
From your big deep breath, then bring this hand start saying sit down in your chair. And from here, we're just going to take some little pulses. Just coming a little bit off the floor, really building the heat and nice legs. Amazing guys. I hope you've got that nice balance on point and you're ready to snowboard.
