Think back to any challenge where you could have been more resilient. Now stand up and imagine there's an invisible circle on the floor. Use your imagination and see the color, the brightness, make it a circle of positivity. Think of the emotion you want to have, and the time in your life when you felt this. travel back to that moment, and step inside the circle, re experience that state. Breathe in that feeling.
Now, think of a cue that will remind you to step into the circle and state whenever you feel stuck or overcome by a challenge. Step out of the circle before the intensity phase, and repeat five times to evolve into the best you possible.
