Welcome to day five of the abundance challenge. I hope you're traveling along well and focusing on yourself. Be mindful of what you're thinking what you're feeling. And be aware of your thought patterns and these and where they come from. Okay, so we did sabotage this yesterday. So you're going to choose a sabotage or weakness that you continue to do and address it, you're going to do a roleplay.

Roleplay is really powerful for giving you back your power. And it takes you out of going into automatic or responding in an unconscious manner. They dance, you dance, they won't, you won't. So you've got to stop waltzing with all of your old pants with all of the old people. You know, you might have a partner and he might be just like your dad. And so you know, the dance you did with your dad you're now doing with your partner, you've got to get on more conscious analysis unconscious programming that you're never taught that you do.

You're never taught this in school, you're never taught to be mindful these thoughts and what you create right now is going to take you into the future. I would, I'd love to see a school that does that. So someone might want to create a school like that. So what you're going to now do, it's a roleplay. So role playing not only puts you in your power and gets you ready for when your weakness or sabotage comes up, but it actually energetically shifts the energy straightaway because it's like a vibration that gets sent out. I love role plays, I would do them on myself, I would say to myself, Oh, because I was very good.

Pallid and I wouldn't speak up. And I wouldn't know what to do. So what I started to do was say to myself, What would I say differently next time I think about some situation that I didn't like, and I didn't respond to impulsively and I didn't speak what I wanted to speak. So I think how would I do it differently? How would I hold them accountable? How would I handle back if someone's dumping on me?

So I would practice that in my mind, and then I would say it out loud. And then I would say, well, I'll say this to them. And then I would speak the words, and therefore I'm getting comfortable. And I'm shifting and I'm creating a new timeline By the way, I'm moving into an empowered state. So role plays a super powerful you're going to for instance, okay, so let's have it let's say one of your weaknesses is that you don't speak up you allow people to dictate to you you have a job, where the boss asks you to work overtime that he doesn't pay you when you're scared of losing your job. All of this kind of thing.

And that would be a weakness where you don't speak up and you don't value yourself, that could be your son, your sabotage is that. So therefore you're tied and therefore you're worn out, and therefore, your energy's not even good to manifest. And yes, so we'll do this one if this, for example. So what we'd have to need to do you'd need to be if when the boss says, Hey, do this, you would need to be ready to say, and your response instead of us saying, yes. Put up your handle the yes people out there. Yeah.

Who say Yes, a lot. Well, you're going to give it up. You'll say you'll get ready for the boss, you'll say to the boss with it in your response. Let's say his name's Jimmy. Jimmy, I would really like to assist you in that. However, that's overtime, my I'm employed to work till five o'clock Am I getting overtime for that, I'll be happy to do that.

And and so you could say that I'll be and then he might go, Oh, no, no, no don't. Or you might think about he won't ask you again. But if you're not speaking up, then you're not changing your energy and you take out an energy what's that boss does that to you take out an energy that you're not a value and then you're, then it's distributed out meters and then pig, you'll find the people that won't value you and you'll be around more people that don't value themselves. So that's your plan of action. So then with your you find your abundance, buddy, and you can either take this and send it or I would just do a Skype with your abundance buddy and role play out the scenarios. Your abundance buddy could be the boss.

And so your abundance buddy will go okay. All right, Linda, you've got to would you like can you please do these things for me? No can use like, put away the fine. And then you've got to respond to your abundance buddy. Well, you know, boss, sorry, you know, blah, blah. That's what you'll do with your abundance.

But if you don't have an abundance, buddy, just videotape it and send it, keep it watch it. There's always an alternative way. I want you to go beyond having instructions go beyond if someone says you got to do it like this. And then if you can't do it, you go, I can't do that. I don't have this. I don't have it.

Well find a solution. You're going to be solution orientated. I've come to I've come to a point where I don't listen to anybody. I don't listen to lawyers. I don't listen to anyone in authority without I mean, I listen to them. But I, I take their information and I go, well, is that right for me?

I'm, I'm pretty, you know, oh, yeah, I just, it's just the way I rock and roll. Because my gut instincts are greater than them for my life. And I realized when I have been in court and I've and back when I was married with my ex, and he was in court with his ex, I was better than the lawyers, my gut instinct said that certain things would happen. And I would tell the lawyers and they go, No, that's not gonna happen. And of course, it all happened. So I've learned to find solutions and follow my own feelings and make sure they're aligned.

Yes, I'll listen, I'll take information in but I won't necessarily just give my power to somebody else. And that's when you get that that's the place that you need to get to. And if you just, if you have disempowered a lot, you'll find that when you take people's advice, it will always be wrong, until you learn to get empowered, right. Okay, so I'm gonna leave you to work out a roleplay work at your weakness. Connect with you Your abundance study and, you know, talk it out. Now this is something this, this roleplay you do you, I want you to do this for everything in your life, where you have weaknesses and sabotages and you don't respond how you should.

They won't see what you got to do the cha cha, right? That Can you go to continue to use this method the rest of your life. So this works great that you can repeat this course for another 30 days. Imagine that imagine doing this month after month after month. You are That's a powerful investment. All right.
