Welcome to day seven of your abundance challenge. Yesterday we did an exercise on sacrificing over giving and money worshippers so I hope you start to look at yourself in a different light you need to look at yourself objectively and if you need to talk to your abundance buddy about you know you're over giving and get another opinion then I would suggest you do that or you can even post questions in the Facebook group about anything you know you're not too sure you're welcome to do so. Today is on overcoming money fears. Oh my right does not everyone have these money fears. Why do we have money is because As it's designed that way, war, there's wars that are produced that make, you know, that make people, you know, poor and there's financial crises everywhere. It's publicized as always bad news.
The news loves bad news. And we watch it. And we feed ourselves. And we feed ourselves the fears, and that comes in our energy field, and then we produce it. And then we have offspring, and then we put that on our offspring. Now, our money fears would come from our parents, especially if they've grown up in wars and so forth.
There'll be a big stress about money because during wartime, you know, not enough to eat, and there's a lot of pain in the body, because there's no money to live well to eat, survive, and so forth. And that will be ingrained in your DNA. It'll be in your blueprint is it Especially if your parents you know, struggled. So you need to identify your money fears. And what are your triggers opening bills when you think of the future? A lot of people do sound worried about the future?
Well, you need to identify them because as we've learning that when we feel it, we recreate it. So you've got to just get rid of your fears. Easier said than done. Now, I have done this. I've had a lot of fears. Although I wouldn't call myself fearless.
I've had a lot of I've had fears. And my theory is stem from my childhood. It's like my I had no stability. You know, abuse was there, and you're supposed to be safe in a bed and then you get molested. So like, nothing is secure for me. So money manifests that way as well.
My dad also, those are very stressful, and nowadays, the better biscuits and we weren't allowed to biscuits, and that's kind of full And money doesn't grow on trees and last nor bowl of cherries. So program after program gets instilled in here and then I just go manifest that very program so we need to reprogram and ourselves and shift out the fears now how do you shift out of fear? So how do you shift the fears first thing will be identify that you've got a fear got here it comes and you need to be greater than the fear greater than the trigger greater than which means I've got to come up. I've got to refocus and move past this fear. I got to redirect my thoughts and override it and not feed it because when it's there and and your body's feeling the fear because it goes in these responses, sweating, heart palpitations.
Now heart rate increases all these kind of things. You need to choose pace or choose safety or whatever. is how I do it is if it went, it would come up, I would jump. And I would say change. Or I'd say shift or I would just jump and go yes. And just, you'd like to feel like crap and you just go yes.
And I would bump it out of my body. And another thing, I mean, I've also had a lot of healing. And I meditate and there's a lot of things I've invested in my body. So one thing isn't the be all end all but it's things that I these are the things that I did. And I would also allow the fear to release in my body during the meditation or let it go and and choose peace and go to a time where everything we're done decide to focus on where it all worked out. Then when it was very stressful, and so I could I could see my patterns always rotating, rotating, like they would replicate.
Here it is, oh, there's my patent there and it just replicated and almost to the Tea identical, and you will do the same. So you be aware of it and move your energy above, don't put the energy on it, but there's a meditation that I created that you can play and listen with particular fear about money and let it dissolve, let it release, let it transmute out of the body and continually do that work on that. And the thing will be easy you can also go Well, some people give up stressing about money when something tragic happens they go art I don't even care anymore because you know what, what's, what's the price of a life or is this really worth the stress? So that sometimes people get it all taken from them and to learn to learn lessons. So just learn it now. Money stressing over money does not have Except create your pants.
So you got to give that up. And it's not what wealthy people do wealthy people. And Donald Trump even said this once he lost it all, many, many years ago, he lost all his money. And he said to one of his colleagues, when he passed a poor person on the floor on the walkway, he said, Oh, he has a higher net worth than I do. So he and but with no stress, I have heard this story time and time again, when multimillionaires or millionaires, they lose their money, all of it. And then they don't better knowledge because their mind says I can get that I can create that because that's what they do.
Well, that's an amazing mindset to think, Oh, is it all I'll build it up again? Well, when you have the mindset, and you start building with knowledge, you can be the same. You don't worry it will happen because when you have a belief Then incomes, the ways for it to happen. All right. So surrender the fear to the universe and recount all the times universe came to your aid. Let it go and trust all will be well.
So when you trust the universe, there you go, I know you'll take care of me. And I'm going to release this fear, then it does. It was I this girl I talked about in my last classes I did. She said that her father would say, Don't worry, it'll work out when she was a child. And Wallah. What does she say today?
And does it all work out for her? Yes, she says not always with that because I just go to you know, I tell the universe I'm not gonna stress or work out. And it always does. She says, I've always worked out because she's programmed that way. Yeah, well, you can read you can just insert yourself in your program. We've got a delete, cancel void out all your old dysfunctional programs and then recreate the new programs?
So being conscious being aware, elevating, changing the energy, the answer is in your energy, emotion and thought or energy. All right? And think, well, what a waste of energy putting energy, man, you know, putting your energy on fearing things. We've got a worst case scenario. So you live on the beach. Well, you know what?
Worse things could happen. There's so many worse things and there's so many people worse off that we are always foot we're taught to focus on everything that can go wrong. And when you're in your stress, you go into all the worst case scenarios. And that's not a time to also make decisions. I've we've had patterns where we've struggled financially and it's been, you know, stressful, but my ex was entrepreneurial. I had an entrepreneurial mind.
He would say, No, we got to invest more now in ourselves and our business plan ourselves out, go away, go do some courses and invest in our energy, business, let's work out strategies. And it was had an interesting mindset. Because he was entrepreneurial. So I was trained by, you know, person that didn't put a lot of fear in anything. He'd get frustrated by stuff, but he didn't actually have fear. And that taught me a lot.
And now, I get to the point where you, you just realized that that's not serving you anything because it just creates an energy. And that's how you get disempowered. That's what people love to do. And that's part of the matrix. And for you to elevate you have to become spiritual. You have to go places that your soul and your spirit and your body and your mind never felt before.
And I promise you, it's worth it. You might go through Dak notice So you might like just, um, no collapse, but but it's worth it. Freedom is worth it and pieces worth it and being a creator and free and passionate and successful it's worth it worth it you know that you have accomplished more than what you are doing now. That's part of, you know the excitement of life of being at having adventure, doing more, becoming more and being satisfied with your progression, okay? So work on your fears, look at them, do the meditation, be aware of what they are during the day and shift that energy jump up? Go Yes.
And just knock it out. Just keep knocking it out. It actually takes a lot of energy to do that. I remember it was exhausted when I was going through one of my my my periods and I had to keep doing that. It takes the energy because you depleted event to feed the plants. See religion you have to like, jump up.
