Hear is a good skill to master. When reading yourself script, you should not sound like you're reading it, you should sound like you're talking. Read the sales script in a conversational manner. It's more like you're talking to a friend. And I know that sounds overused. But give it a try.
Also, to speak as you read, you need to rehearse. Read the whole script a few times until it feels natural. Secondly, when writing you should keep it simple. And this is super, super important. Keep it stupid, simple. That's the KISS principle, right?
That means no academic writing or voice no high end two words that the majority of your target audience has never heard about. By the way, here is a tool that you can use to check the grade of your writing. It's called the Hemingway app. When you copy and paste Your text there, it will give you the readability grades, try to keep it low, try to keep it as low as possible. Besides the grade, it will show you the complex sentences that are hard to read if you use passive voice adverbs and things like that really cool app, and it's free. Another application that I use is Grammarly.
It helped me see any you know, spelling, punctuation, mistakes, things like that. And then you have a free in the paid version. I honestly use the free one and I'm very happy with it. I use these tools because once myself script is ready, I will copy and paste it into my PowerPoint presentation. I don't want to do that with all the mistakes I made during writing. So a quick recap.
Number one, read is you talk. Avoid academic speech. Keep your readability at a low rate in use. The KISS principle Thank you for watching and stay purposeful
