I don't know about you. But if I do something every day for a week, it really does become a habit. And these exercises are so good. If you get them in as part of your machinery as part of your habitual process in communication, I urge you to practice them regularly refresh this from time to time because again, we tend to fall off things, don't we? It's quite easy to veer off the rails if you don't go back and refresh. So refresh from time to time, find your favorites as well. You may find one particularly works for you. And if that's the case, go for it. You may think Find some that don't work so well for you and whatever context you've got, use the ones that really do work for you. If you find them difficult, I do urge you to carry on, persevere.
