And so your resume must tailor and how you do this look at your job description. There will typically be roles and responsibilities required. experience and qualifications are required. Criteria make sure that you're matching the right criteria.

So if let's just say the positions asking for three or four years experience, you need to have three four years experience and typically if you don't meet it, you need to kind of be honest with it and say that you don't, maybe you got to maybe got zero. Just typically apply for the ones that you're passing the criteria for, as well as meeting the requirements a job description because typically You might be one wasting your time. And so this does take effort. But what you will find is it will pay off with a phone call or video interview at least
