Welcome back. In this video we're going to talk about something incredibly simple, equally powerful. Breathing controls your mood. And for those people that meditate a lot, you'll already know this for those that don't this is for you. Once you grounded once you're feeling better, you can then control your mood. When we get stressed.

We start to almost hyperventilate, we're only using about 10% of our lung capacity. Start exhaling properly, feeling all of your breath breathing out. Because our breathing it's like cleaning a swimming pool or a fish tank. We skim out about 10 15% of the water and then put clean water in it. You still got all the dirty stuff at the bottom. If you want to clean out the whole pole, you want to clean out the whole bathroom, whatever it is you're cleaning out, breathe all of the waste products out of your lungs.

And then breathe in. If you want to take this to another level and start healing yourself and using energy to help your body and mind, imagine white light going in when you breathe in, just sucking in white light energy and breathing out stress and tension. In with white light energy out with dark sludgy, sticky negativity, stress and tension. Just notice your body get lighter through breathing in white light, breathing out tension. And you can do that now. Take some time out.

Stop this, stop the course. Sit down for a few minutes now and just breathe deeply. And if you want to take it to another level or yourself a power question. What can I do right now? Or what can I be doing in the next day or two? To improve my life?

Who do I need to connect with? Feel better? Who can help me the most with this issue that I'm facing now? Who can I attract into my life to make myself feel better? What focused action can I do? Power questions, deep breathing, more insight, less stress, or happiness, or tranquility and your ability to relax and feel good about yourself.
