Welcome back to my course on energy. In this video we're going to talk about one of the essential subjects. In fact, this is as important to you energetically as showering is to your cleanliness. This is something you have to do regularly. Now our personal energy is an electrical current. A heart gives up 40 to 60 times the electrical current of our head.
So you may notice it when you get an electric shock. The reason you get an electric shock is because you are made of electricity and electrical current. And if you're not grounded, you're not safe. Our bodies energy is like the energy of a house and any electrician will tell you If the electrical current in that house isn't grounded, it isn't safe. So the first thing you have to do is be aware of that. Here's some other symptoms that you're not grounded.
If you're in a mood and you're feeling a high energy state, that's not a very productive one, it might start interfering with electrical current bulbs might start to flow. This is because you are a field of walking energy. And you do have influence over these things with you believe it or not, your electrical equipment might start to break down, things might start to happen. Stopped stuff starts to go wrong in the electrical circuits with the electrical circuitry, but the electrical devices in your house or your surroundings. So I'm going to teach you an exercise. There's lots of different ways that you can ground your energy is one that I use, I imagine a ball of energy at the center of the earth and cord coming up and connecting to the base of my spine.
That's it, you can ground that quickly, just by thinking about it. Energy follows thoughts by thinking about this stuff, you're already grounded. So just by listening to me now, if you've been following the steps, you're grounded Now, what I want you to do for the exercise in this video, I don't just want you to believe me, I want you to sit down now. I want you to relax. I want you to ground your energy. And I want you to notice the soles of your feet and see if you can feel anything.
You may feel an energy you may not, but just bring your awareness down to your feet, your connection with the ground, your connection with the earth. And you might think this is a little far out. Well, I think electric shocks there's a very practical aspect to what we're doing here now. You are an electrical current. You need to ground yourself I can't emphasize this enough. And I can't tell you how stupid I was because I couldn't get it.
So for years, I didn't ground myself and strange things were happening that weren't very productive. So do that. Now. Notice the sensation that the soles of your feet and you may feel energy moving around your body, you might not it doesn't matter. Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet. Breathe deeper.
Do your grounding exercise, close your eyes and just relax and notice what you feel.
