In the last video, I asked you to write down all of the problems that you had or all of the things going on in your mind. And what you probably do, I'm willing to bet that most of those things are negatives, challenges, things that are causing you to feel resentment, bitterness, anger, sadness, guilt towards other people or other situations. Don't worry that makes you normal that makes you like most of society because this is how we live. What I'm going to encourage you to do is start energizing a different path. Most people get so addicted to the problem that they don't even ask empowering questions like What can I do about it? What can I do to make my life feel data.

If you've lost your job, what can I do to get another job? Can I start my own business? How is this gonna work? Who do I connect with to help me? Power questions, questions around solutions. So I want you to go back now and look over all of the things that you've written down and answer this question for each one of them.

What positive action can I take now to make this situation better? And it might be little baby steps like applying for jobs, getting online and finding who deals in this area who can help me what specialist what information is there out there? There's a lot of resources there to help you once you open your mind to attracting that. So again, energy follows thought and if your thoughts start focusing in on solutions, and you start to draw the energy of a solution and the people that can help you with that towards you if you continue to focus on the problem feel sorry for yourself and tell everyone how bad it is. What will happen is you will draw more validation of your problem. So that you really will get to tell people how bad it is.

And not only that, your story will get worse. And you'll end up doing what I call a game of top Trumps with issues. Now, if for anyone that hasn't played top Trumps, they were cards we had as kids that had four readings, you might have a superhero with strength, agility, action, or superhero status, and each one had a rating and the highest rating one. Trauma Trumps trauma where we we've had trauma in our life. And you could tell someone how bad your day is and they'll have a story to Trump you won't they'll go on better because their life is even worse. But if you want to play trauma, Trump's you go down the route of Paul may have keep talking about the problem.

But if you want a solution Stop finding your way out, stop asking a more empowering question. What is the positive that's come out of this situation? What will I change in my life now as a result of this happening, it will make sure that I'll get better results in the future. So I want you to take a power question like what can I do now to make this situation better? and apply it to every aspect of what you wrote down in your initial thing about what's on your mind at the moment? And notice how those questions how that change of focus starts to change your energy.

Go and do that now. I'll be very curious to find out how you got on
