Hello, and welcome to the next meditation entitled self forgiveness. This is probably one of the most powerful meditations I have used throughout the years and I've used it a lot, because what it does, it helps people reframe their perception of themselves. So, the best uses for this are to help people establish a strong sense of self acceptance. It's really good if people feel unworthy or unloved. And quite honestly, all of us get a dose of that in our life sometimes and how it may show up in their lives in your audience's life. Or maybe they go from one failed relationship to another or maybe they can never get their act together with finances or something like that.
So here's how it works. You'll take your audience into a deeply relaxed state, the light relaxed state and a deeply relaxed state and have them call it the emotion of interest in or they feel in their body. And then it's kind of like an age regression in one sentence. You'll have them imagine themselves going back in time, this time before they were born. And then you'll have them re experience being born again. But this time they're being born to the perfect parents, whatever they imagine they're unconditionally loved.
And they go through the birth experience. And then they have one of one of their ideal parent. Just pick them up, hold them and look them in the eyes and let them know that it's not their fault. So when you're in a deeply relaxed state, this can be incredibly powerful and very transforming. So, tasking summary, there is a script for this meditation.
