So the second part of personal development is the physical. And as you can guess this has to do with your health and your physical appearance. So my question to you is, do you have healthy habits? If so, what are they? Do you have more healthy habits and unhealthy habits? If you have unhealthy habits, what are those?

What can we do to increase your healthy habits and decrease your unhealthy habits? Regarding the physical, we always want to strive to be healthy. If you aren't healthy, then you won't enjoy your time here on Earth as much as you could. And you might leave sooner than expected. Your body is the only body you have so take care of it. Let's take a moment to look back at your goals.

What goals if any, did you have for your health? Did you put down better health is one of your goals, perhaps lose weight or exercise more? How about a better day Diet eating healthier. Are you getting the proper amount of protein? vegetables, fruit, nuts and berries? Do you have a balanced diet?

On the other side? Are you consuming things that might be unhealthy? For example, sweets, too much sugar, too much alcohol, foods that are high in those bad fats? How about smoking? If you're a smoker, Isn't it about time that you really seriously considered stopping? Because after all, there's really nothing beneficial to smoking.

Right? And what about your physical appearance? Are you taking the time to look presentable? Are you wearing proper clothes for the proper occasion is your hair combed? My hair is always come. This of course depends on what type of profession you want to have or lifestyle you choose.

It's up to you. But remember that it is people who offer you a job and opportunities and it's a fact that people will judge you on Your appearance, whether you think that's right or wrong, so be mindful of your appearance. But don't be obsessed. Think about this. You're making an impression every day to everyone you meet. And the more people that you meet, the stronger that impression becomes.

This then becomes your reputation. Good reputations take a long time to build and only a moment to destroy today are you making the impression on people that you want? If not now, then when start with your appearance, and then with your actions. So let's go back to your personal development reflection worksheet. The next section is of course, your physical condition, and I have four areas I want you to write in. Number one, take some time and list the healthy habits that you feel you do have.

Then in the next area, list the unhealthy habits that you feel you have third list the health habits That you would like to develop in order to be healthier, these habits that you don't have now, but you want to start? And then finally, how do you plan to lessen your unhealthy habits and increase your healthy habits? How will you add these to your schedule? Let's go ahead and push pause, take a moment or two to answer these questions. And then go back to your goals, go back to your schedule and make the appropriate additions so that you're on your way to minimizing unhealthy habits and increasing healthy habits. So today, we've looked at a couple things with the physical, we've looked at why physical condition is important for your success.
