Welcome to your final day at 20 moves in 20 days you have been rocking it, you have conquered all the steps. I'm so proud of everything that you have done good work seriously. That is a lot to learn in 20 days and you did it. So good job. We are on our final day. And today we're going to learn one more jump, and it is called an actual jump.
It's a lot of fun. It'll take just a little bit to get it under your belt, but it's a great jump. And I'm excited to teach it to you today. So I'm going to show it to you first on both sides and then we will break it down but you will find a lot of similarities between it and what you just learned yesterday the torch jump, so you will be already ahead of the game in that way. So it goes and then other side So as you noticed, the ending is the same as it was with a torch jump, right? So this leg is going to be the same.
So it if I'm going to the right, I'm still gonna pick up my right leg first. The only difference is I am now going to tuck my left leg underneath and land on it. So it's a very quick motion, I have to tuck and land on that same leg, but my right leg stays the same. It's going to stay this position, it still finishes the jump out here. So again, the only thing that changes is that tuck. So from here, actually, let's practice it.
I'm just going to show you a couple times just in the center, and then we'll try it moving. But if I were to just do it straight in place, from here, medtech my left leg and then I'm going to land on it. Talk to plant. Yeah, that's it on my left. I'm traveling to my left Addition arms as we know, left leg, my right leg is going to tuck underneath. And then I'm going to land on that leg.
Now if you'll notice, when I talk, I do need to point my foot, and then I'm going to land on the same leg that tucks. Okay. Let's try it a few times across the floor. We start with two shots is like we did, we start the whole thing is almost identical to that torch, except that at the very last second, I'm going to take my left leg and the land on it, and I'm going to the right, so here we go. Shots a right and left, right, left, tuck. Good.
Other side, left and right, left, right, tuck. Again. Right, left, right, left, tuck. Last time, left and right, left, right. Good. Okay.
So what I would encourage you to do is if you're having trouble with the code coordination of the tucking motion, then what I've encouraged you to do is try it a few times just standing still. So I know if I do a right axle, my right leg is gonna be out with my left leg text underneath me. So, like I said, I would encourage you to do that first, and then healing kind of go from there. So, congratulations again. You totally rocked 20 new beginning, Jeff steps in just 20 days, which is a huge accomplishment and you should feel so proud because that is a lot of new information to learn and you did it. So good job to you.
I'm so proud of you. We'd love to stay in touch and connected. Feel free to reach out to me anytime through email or through social media. And like I said, I would be more than happy at any time. If you want to send me a video clip of something you're working on. Not sure If it's quite the way it should be, I'm happy to give you some feedback.
I'd love to stay connected. And again, congratulations. You're awesome.
