In this exercise, we're gonna work on my arm, the speed of the arm. There's gonna be two parts of this. Okay, in this exercise, in the first part, I'm just focusing on my arm. So I'm not focusing on the body. Okay? This is just to improve the speed of the very last part we see which is again, the armor comes from the shoulder make sure you know we're going just from the elbow.

Yeah, the wallboard again, it's gonna be actually these muscles that really control it and they, they make it faster, so we're gonna kind of swinging so at the same time again, of course, you cannot just go like this. So again, you pulling a little bit of body, but not focusing much on the head that's gonna come right after. Okay, so I'm just trying to go as fast as I can, again, my partner, my sparring partner, my friend of my coaches, feeds the bull standing right here from my hand very easily, quite fast, so I have less time for preparation. And the main idea is to go as fast as you can. I don't really care at the moment if it goes out or not. Yeah, I just focus on that speed of that arm atmosphere.

Come to racket. Yeah, let's get into this. You're gonna be already sideways on Yeah, so you don't really focus on on blacks. As I said before, we only focusing one thing at a time at the moment is this part of my body. Let's go. So as you can see, super relaxed, how much power and how much heat I could generate there just swinging the racket forward.

This is fantastic. Now, Part V, the wall body and it's gonna be even bigger because now I'm not using just the arm for the wall board. And again, I want you to focus on my right hip my right shoulder. And that when the racket comes, you will see that my right hip move before, very important. So as you hit your return sim device from the right leg, and by the time I hit by the time I get to the contact point on the light, like this one's gonna be kind of more relaxed, because then more money was already transferred from this, this part of my body on to the last part of my body and into the body, of course. So let's see how it goes to this one.
