Number two of my favorite exercises to stretch my legs is squats. The medicine ball over the weight is fine as a loss, it's fine to put a weight whenever you want. First one, of course, very simple, just going up and down. But again, we try not to put pressure on my knees straight back. And you just tried to go like, one, two, you stay low, down there for longer. So, only 123 up until you feel pressure up only.
And so I'm gonna go are usually 50 a day. This is just like a warm up at the moment for me. So after a move up again, week by week, 100 to 150 202 50 and so on. Again, you gotta start feeling anymore. Once you get into court, that foreign is gonna be just more more powerful. You're gonna feel the power in your legs stronger unless you are better you will be.
