So learn from your mistakes. One of the big things that people say is all these tech startups they have failed in the past. In my opinion, all the tech startups that I've run, that didn't succeed doesn't necessarily mean they failed. It means that I learned a lot from those startups, I'm not going to make those mistakes again. Another thing people always say to me is Jason, I can't really start a company because I have a full time job, and I'm so busy in my life. And I just tell them look, all you need is like 15 minutes, 30 minutes a day tops.
If you really want to start something, don't spend all your time on it, spend a little bit of time, but do it every day. This way, every day, you're chipping away at the tech startup or the company or the business or the idea you have. And after six months or a year, you might actually have something tangible. It doesn't mean that you have to go all in. That's actually a misconception. You don't have to go all in you can go partially in and slowly build your way up to validate your idea to make sure that you should pursue the company in the first place.
