Hello, and welcome to the lecture on clearing your energy. So clearing your energy is very similar to protecting yourself what you do at the beginning of a session, except clearing your energy is something you do at the end of your session. So the reason you want to do that is to protect yourself and make sure you don't take anything on if your clients like beliefs, thought forms or even entities. So you want to just make sure you go home really clean. So there's just a couple of techniques that I use, I'll show them to you real quick, but feel free to be creative and make up your own. So one technique I use is just called zipping up your energy field.
And I just imagined that I have a zipper in front of me and I just simply zip up my energy field that's, that's a little technique I use because I can actually feel and see my energy field closing off in my mind's eye. And I usually do that while my clients coming up out of the session. While their eyes are still closed, so they don't see me doing something weird that they don't know what that is. Another technique you can use is simply closing off your energy field like a door. So I can feel my energy closing in and coming into myself. So that's something you could do, you know, feel free to be inventive and make up your own.
And one thing that happens not to uncommonly in some of my sessions is that when a client releases something, I will feel it lingering around kind of up into my left. And so one thing I do while I'm still in kind of a meditative state is I will send my image of Jesus I'm not really religious, or Christian or anything, but that really seems to work. And so the image that I see is a photograph of the face from the shroud of turn, if you know what that is very Jesus looking like figure. And so I would just send that image up to that cloud or that feeling of stickiness. And I'll just sit with it until it's gone. And that works almost all the time.
So, feel free to come up with your own techniques. Those are a couple that I use, but just make sure you clear your energy and close it off at the end of a session just to protect yourself. So that's it for that one. Let's go on to our next lecture. See you there.
