Hello, and welcome to the lecture on sleeping. So in all my years of doing clinical hypnotherapy, I've only had one session where the client fell asleep throughout the whole session. And it's not uncommon for, for clients to snooze off a little bit in the session, and then wake themselves back up again. So what I do when someone falls asleep, is that I just let him and I carry on with the session kind of like when there's no response. And sometimes people come in and they're really, really stressed out. They have very busy lives.
And the best thing they can do is just go to sleep. So just let them sleep, let them de stress and relax. And then again, if they're asleep at the end, just wake them up, you can nudge them or say their name, they usually pop right out. So it's very uncommon for that to happen. But if they do, just wake them up at the end. So that's it for this lecture.
