The fifth verse of lightnin Hopkins Annie's bogie starts out with a really cool stop time. I'll take it from the end of the previous verse and play it all the way through before we figure it out. So the stop time what we're doing is we're doing this lick between the third and the fifth frets, I'm sliding on the third fret of the second string to the fifth fret of the second string with the open first trick, so the first lick is so it's 123 12345 pull off. And then real quick. He's gonna do three quick slides, just kind of pull off it real quick and then he comes back again and then abandoned the third fret of the first string. And what I hear is some bending up on the first string, then I'm going to the third fret of the second string, open the second fret of the third string.
Now I'm going to BAM I put my finger down, right away band and then to kind of pull off and then go to the second fret, open third string, then second fret of the fourth string open into our a seventh chord. So Let me play that stop time for you slowly. So we start out into the a seventh chord. And then we're back to our normal a. We played stuff that we've already played before. So let's take that verse and try to play at one time all the way through slowly.
This is the fifth verse. So we'll come to the end of the fourth verse. Now we're ready for verse number six. We're almost there. We got two more verses and they're really neat and tag
