In this session we will be using the mind and the breath to start opening up the energy and physical body. We will be breathing energy and awareness into the three main energy centers. The lower Danton, situated in the abdominal area just below the navel, the middle kantian situated in the chest area behind the sternum and the upper Danton situated in the head. In this session, apply gentle ocean breathing with the breath in and out, to slow down the breath to become more conscious and aware of your breathing. Come into a relaxed, comfortable sitting position. spine lengthen the tongue gently pushed against the roof of the mouth.
The eyebrows relax. Place your hands over the belly. For a couple of calm Brits preed into that energy center. With the breath out, empty in contract to breathing in, gently expand out to the side, front to the back. Open. Do this for three more breaths.

Three more breaths. Apply gentle ocean breathing to slow down your breath even more. Feel the expansion you're creating. Bring full awareness into that area. Your last breath in. Relax the arms down.
Keep bringing your awareness towards the heart center. Few that you're creating space their energy expanding. Interlock the fingers, ring the arms up behind the neck, elbows up. Bring the awareness up. Three more breaths. Feel with each breath the upward moving of the awareness and you're lengthening the spine out. After last inhalation, keep the air in for a little while bring your arms up. And with the exhalation, bring the arms down. Relax your breathing.
Start softening the breath and it flow gently through the nose cavity towards the bottom of the belly up towards the crown of the head. Notice you can expand the energy, the awareness, not by force, but by kindness. creating space for energy to flow. sure you're still sitting comfortably with the spine nicely lengthen openness, relax nice in the party. Fish with your tongue gently against the roof of the mouth to keep your eyebrows and jaw completely relaxed. Now we're going to move with our awareness through these energy centers.
