Qigong practice is more than just an exercise to become physically healthy and strong. It's a wonderful method that makes us strong and healthy. But it also teaches us to cultivate mind and energy and to realize our true nature. It takes our awareness beyond the physical body and teaches us to identify with the higher self. All right, friends. So one of the essential things if not the essential things of the Qigong practice is to bring your mind and your whole being in a meditative state of awareness, right.
So in the movements doing it with such effortlessness which such relaxing is in awareness that your mind becomes completely focus your body lose, and really releasing that inner strength in the whole body, that cheat By by opening up the whole flow of energy in the body, okay? Learn to sit and undo, open yourself up, to let life happen, to feel the results of your actions, and to observe the flow of energy to lead all the energies that you've been opening up and releasing, to let everything settle in. Otherwise it's been like you've been releasing everything and then boom, you go straight back into daily life with all that energy still loose in the body.
