We will do a nice opening Chico session. It is recommended to do a bit of warm up before you start the session. We'll have five different movements into each movement five times in the end again starting from achieving standards. Take a couple of Brits to ground into center. We start off with whole body breathing. And if you're laughing last exhalation, slowly let the arms rise up with the breath in.

Let the arms float up as you're creating space in the body with the exhilaration grounding again Gently, fluidly three more prints. Remember to keep it all nice and blue. With the next inhalation, open up the front side of the body x Squeezing contracting inhalation expand you open like a flower. The exhalation you center squeeze into the earth.
