In this course, my own author healing system is presented. The exercises and meditations contained in this course are specifically created to de-stress your body, mind and soul, and remove insomnia. All exercises are extremely simple and not time-consuming. The only thing you need is your desire to heal and just only 5-7 minutes a day for my exercises, which can be fit even into the busiest time schedule of a business person or a full-time mom.
My exercises are very simple: you can do them on the go, while walking with a pram, sitting in front of a computer, waiting for a bus or while driving a car. The exercises are so simple that can be done by a 3-year old child. You can watch a new lesson every day or, for better results, watch one lesson and do the technique given there for the net 3 consecutive days to give your body and mind the time to download a new healing program.
