Congratulations, you have finished my course. And by now, you are already sleeping much better than before. Keep in mind that you need to do all the exercises that I shared with you in this course, every day. You don't need to do all of them at the same time. Just choose the exercises that you're like at the moment and keep doing them every day. It will take only five to seven minutes a day to improve your sleep and make it deeper and better.
To improve your sleep, boost the energy levels and to balance your emotions. You can watch my course as many times as you like, just to remind yourself how to do these exercises. Also, you can listen to my meditations as many times as you like. You can listen to them in your bed before going to sleep. Or you can listen to them sitting in a comfortable armchair, or on a tear in a lotus position just during the daytime. You can listen to my meditations as many times as you like.
Just keep in mind that it is better to only send one meditation per day. Do not mix them to not listen to all of them on the same day, it will be better for you to concentrate on one of them. The meditation for stress relief and improvement of sleep, can be listened in your bed before going to sleep. This will be the best time for you to listen to this military Don't bother to turn of this meditation if you fall asleep. It will stop on a song. The more you concentrate on the present moment, the better you feel.
