The following exercises help removing stress and toxins from your body. They help to restore the energy in your body as well and they help to open up energy and lymphatic channels. Also they improve the flexibility of your joints bring more blood to your brain and to the joints. So first exercise is to open the bridge between mind and heart, which is your neck and throat.
