Welcome back to another lesson and today we're going to work with your kidneys. kidneys are our key energy and they have to be really flexible, healthy, and now we're going to open the channel to work with our kidneys. We're going to give them a nice massage and these will open our men main chakras. So the chakra which is responsible for kidneys and is located on top of them. And also we're going to restore flexibility of our lower back lower spine, remove pains and aches. And with this exercise, we will improve the function of kidneys and bring More energy more vital energy to our body, which in its turn will restore our sleep and nervous system.
Okay, now we are going to put two hands behind our back. Left is always below, right is always a fun talk show you how to do that. Left is here, right is on top. And then we're going to massage our bath. moving our hands up and down to six area and up and down. So we do 11 ops and 11th.

So your kidneys and your liver will be able to absorb the water and to nourish themselves and to nourish the cells of your body with required liquid this exercise has to be done in the moment. And in the evening. Again, you can do this exercise during the daytime when you feel tired or down or maybe you lose your concentration. Because during the daytime, we can be sitting at the computer during a monotone nose job doing the job that I don't like.
And we can get sleepy and we can lose the concentration. And this exercise restores the concentration and restores your energy levels.
