Now might be that you're hurting quite badly from your divorce or breakup. And healing is really critical in terms of securing your future happiness. So imagine yourself in the future, you might actually be having an ex relationship. What you don't want is lots of what we call emotional baggage or relationship baggage that is plaguing that new relationship. Now to make sure you don't have emotional baggage, you do need to process what has happened to you in the past, because that baggage can get quite draining. You know, if you're committed to your next relationship relationship actually working out you need to purge yourself of all that stuff and put it behind you.
