Okay, so now I'm going to play the 12 bar blues for you to jam over. You can use the wrists that we learned. You can also practice using the E blues scale in the first position, the 12th position, you can practice playing the E court or E blues chords, e 787, and B seven, you can practice the shuffle. And you can practice the power chords if you want, and maybe start with the riff just to have some fun. And I'm gonna play mostly the chords, I might do some other things that I haven't really taught you just, but just so you can jam over. And don't worry about trying to like, you know, keep up to speed or anything like that with the rest if it takes you like four measures to do.
That's totally okay. All right, so here we go. I'm gonna do actually what's called a little turnaround, and then we'll get right into the gym. Here we go. started the E blues. Back to the top Time through Awesome, so I hope you had fun jamming over that.
Again, just go at your own pace just with the wrists or use it to practice the blue scale. If you're able to keep up and do some of the, like the shuffle ideas I was doing or the courts feel free to do that. Also, I would again recommend going to YouTube and typing in something like a blues jam track. And that can be a lot of fun to play along to because it's like you're playing along to a full band. Alright, so that's it for module nine, Introduction to the E blues. I hope you had fun learning the different riffs and concepts around the blues, that can be a little A lot of fun when jamming and hanging out with other people or, like I said, going to the, you know, YouTube and looking up a blues, jam tracks and so on.
And that also brings us to the end of the core of this course, where we learned a bunch of chords, some scales, and learned different exercises that to practice those things. And hopefully you checked out some of those songs that incorporate those ideas, because that's where really the rubber meets the road with the scales and chords and so on. So once you're comfortable with the concepts that you've learned in this course, and I've had that I have a bonus lesson that teaches you or gives you some ideas of how to play and sing. Because a lot of times, you know, you want to learn some songs to play around the campfire, or maybe even have aspirations to play on stage someday. So head over To the next lesson and we'll take a look at that.
