Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the third dashboard. Just to recap, in the previous video, we covered Max, if. So the formula that I've used is if the cells says all then just take the previous value from the min, the way we did for average, else, we have to do the calculation based on the criteria that is multiple usage of min ifs and Max ifs. So I've done the same for max if as well. So before going on, I'll just change this.
Yeah, that should do it. Now let's make a chart of this particular table for a better understanding. First, let's take some data. So I'll take India so that we have the data for the whole. So one of the charts section will provide us with the entire world result and the comparison will be made with the data selected for India. The other parameter on the chart will be Showing the data based on the user selection currently in our example, which is India.
So let's get started. So normally when we select the data and we create a chart, we press alt f1. That's a shortcut to create a chart. So this is how the chart looks. And I'll just expand the screen a little bit, just for a better view. So now we can say finance, MRIs and all the results are there at the bottom with their leg.
And so it does provide us with what is the status for India and the status for the world now won't change the chart type rather change the formatting of the charts. First, we'll remove the chart title, and we'll give a space now first, the average results that is the minimum of the world the average of the world or the maximum of the world will be the same. So first, let's bring all the data a little bit closer. So I'll select one of the bars and right click on it and select Format Data Series. Under Format Data Series settings, we do have a feature that says overlap series overlap. Apparently it is minus 27.
I'll just make it somewhat around maybe 75 for now. Now, we are not simply overlapping the in tire things, we will just keep it as it is for now and then increase it a little bit for better view and that should do it. So this is just a framework. Now once this particular data has a framework, what we are planning to do is we will or that will change the chart type in such a way that which makes an easy understanding format here we can see all the data at once. Now that is something that we will be doing in the next video step by step until then keep practicing. See you in the next video.
