Hello everybody welcome to the second dashboard. In this video we will see how to create a mini chart or graphical representation in a average or rather to be specific in the in the end column. Now to do so we'll be using a feature called sparkline, which is a feature added in 2010. First we'll place the cursor on cell and 20 and go to the Insert tab. Now in the Insert tab, there is a full section of groups rather called sparklines where we can choose a line column or maybe if needed winter loss, if winter losses for negative or positive and we will be going with currently with lines when I click online first set that is required is data range data ranges from zero to the max. Now once done, I will click on OK and there is a record once done simply drag it down and we can get the respective references now if we wish to change the type of sparkline we can simply keep the cursor in the data because when it is out the tool is not available.
First keep the cursor in the data that is wherever the sparklines are. Under design tab, we just have to change the type based on your needs or if not, we can actually click and that will change the interface directly. Then once this particular process is done, we can try out high points and low points to give a better understanding which is high or low. My personal recommendation would be the line with high and low. So it gives us an overview which is the high point in which is the lowest point so that in that manner will understand which data is relevant of need. Now just select this particular frame, I'm going to repeat the formatting.
That should do it. So there it is. Now we have a full fledged graphical representation of the data. So if I'm looking for max Sum of salary so as the data changes related to that the graph will also change with it. Isn't that fascinating? In the next video, we will see how to create a map diagram which will show us details relative to the percentage employment happening across the world.
And we will set this up so that we can select a specific country as well. Till then keep practicing. See you in the next video. Thank you
