Hello, everybody, welcome to the second dashboard. In this video, we will see how to get the longitude and latitude. In order to plot this data, this is fairly simple. We just have to go to Google and put in country wise longitude and latitude. We can also have a CSV file, which is an Excel file format. And once downloading, we can use it directly if not just search for link and we get the first link over here, the one that I've used.
So this is where I get all the longitude and latitude for the data. simply copy paste it, we use the country as for V lookup and get the results always this particular file will be provided for download. So you can use this file for your reference as well. Yeah, getting back to dashboard, let's see how to get the countries over here, which is actually in the data for dashboard sheet. So I've put in some sequence numbers over here starting from one and then 234 onwards, so I just require 10 numbers. So what I've done is I've put in the number one and then the initial and plus one.
So that in turn gives me an incremental number directly. And I'll just select it, and that should have to do it. So based on the number input, I get the updated answer. So we'll say equals two. Now here we'll be going with match that is index and match. Index here, I'll be setting up the data.
So we haven't named this reference. Let's name the reference. Let's start from the heading itself, all the data will be selected. And I'll name it final for dashboard So that should do it final data for dashboard. And let's try so equals to index array. That is final data for dashboard.
Which row I'm looking for whichever number is provided to the left. So I'll keep a constant. And then which column it is. I'm going for the first column, close the bracket, enter. So that should give me the answer. Now currently, as we can see, we are getting all countries.
I'll just drag it down Ctrl, enter. So just the changes that I'll be doing is I'll put in number two over here, because I need it from India not from the main data. So these are the numbers automatically for reference also changes using the same concept. I'll also get the number of responses that is count number of employees or the number of responses so that is number of employees away and the percentage values now currently, the percentage Based on the whole total, so we'll do that in the upcoming videos. See you in the next video till then keep practicing. Thank you
