You can take a break today from the exercises unless you want to do them voluntarily. You don't need to. If you choose to carry on, just notice how your new routine is affecting you. Why do you choose not to take a break, self reflect? Also, let me tell you a story about the purpose of I'm sorry, people misuse this phrase because they think it makes them guilty. But we're not saying I'm sorry, because we think we are in the wrong but because we heard the other person it doesn't matter who's right or wrong.

What matters is that we said or did something that caused a negative response in the other and this is what we apologize for, for making that person feel bad. In any relationship. The goal of an argument is not to win alone, or to reach a solution where everyone wins. Why would you want to see some When you care about lose, especially in romantic relationships, I see a lot of power struggle, but people forget that it hurts the relationship. If we play the win lose game. If we both win, no one will be hurt.

The I'm sorry, is a tool that we all need to learn to use. Well, I don't necessarily say it because I think I'm wrong. But I don't want to hurt someone I care about. Your subconscious were direct your thoughts, and you probably have at least one person in mind who should hear it more often, because we won't live forever, because it's time to forgive. Because you just don't say it enough.

Tell this person you love them today. self love is a complex goal. And by learning to love your surroundings, helps you to love yourself more to improving in one area affects your whole life.
