In this video, we're going to talk about how to keep your brain functioning optimally and firing on all cylinders. Because think about it, if you're tired and sluggish one day, and the next day, you're very and your brain is firing, firing and all cylinders are working at its maximum capacity, then you're still, you know, your IQ and your emotional intelligence and your general ability to reason it's actually going to be very different than those two days. And so you want to make sure that most days, your brain is functioning really well. It's going to make a tremendous difference in how smart you are that day because even though there's a certain level of intelligence you have every day you bring your different self to the game, right? Some days you might be tired, not into it, but you need to have maximize as many days as as many hours where your brain is functioning optimally.

So here are just the basics. You have to get good and enough sleep enough good sleep and have enough sleep, that regular sleep for you. If you usually get seven hours, it's okay just get seven hours. But if you get four hours that day, it's not enough. So whatever your body's used to do that to get that amount of sleep. Also, you need good sleep that good uninterrupted, uninterrupted sleep.

Also, you need to eat a healthy diet, we'll have more of that later, you need to stay in shape in general shape and exercise. The actual act of exercising and doing aerobic activity actually helps your brain function in the long term. benefit of exercise is that if you keep your arteries and blood circulation healthy, you'll have more nutrients coming to the brain and the brain will just be more alive and alert it will just have more nutrients to work with. So you always want to make that that's the long term outlook on that. And you also want to hydrate water is responsible for a lot of chemical reactions in the body in the brain. And so you need to have enough water and in your system.

And be in hydrated enough so that your body can have the resources it needs to function at its maximum capacity. So these are this is just like something you have to have as your homework every day for your life. Right? Everybody will tell you all these things, anytime you want to be well or be healthy people will generally tell you these things, but it's essentially even more important for your brain, your brain, your intelligence, highly depends on these factors. So really focus on them and do make sure that you're getting enough of all of these
